Shipping and Handling
For all online orders there is a Shipping & Handling fee, that include most costs associated with each item we sell, such as packaging, processing and shipping fees. All Canada and U.S.A. orders are shipped by CanadaPost
PayPal Confirmation
For all orders, once you make payment PayPal will email you a receipt and you may also log into your PayPal account to view your payment status. We will also e-mail you a confirmation that your order and payment has been received by us, usually witin 48 hours of payment.
You will receive emails from us notifying you of your order status from the time payment is made to the time your order is shipped. Once you place an order, if payment was successful, a tracking number and the URL web address where you can check your package will be supplied.
All items are shipped within 48 - 72 hours, except on Holidays. After we process and ship your item, if applicable, we will e-mail you the tracking number.
For all orders we ask that you please be patient while waiting for your tracking number to be e-mailed to you.
1. First, decide what you want to order using our "add to cart" buttons. When you have placed all the items
you want to purchase in the "cart", click on the "Proceed to check out" button.
Remember at this point you can "CANCEL", came back to "Continue Shopping" or "Proceed to check
out".
2. Here you'll see the items you added to your cart, along with price, item info and shipping charges.

3. Chose how you want to pay: Using your PayPal Account or Using your Credit Card.
4. If your choose to pay by PayPal:
* Log on to your PayPal account - your email address (http://www.paypal.com).
* And click on the "Pay" button
Remember at this point you can cancel your order or proceed to "Pay"
5. If you choose to pay by Credit Card:
* Type Your information
* Name, Last Name
* Credit Card Information
* Billing and Shipping Address
* Contact Information (email address to send you a confirmation of your order)
* Continue with the checkout process
